These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of FRQ Bazaar (the "Platform"), operated by [Your Registered Business Name] ("we", "us"). By creating an account, browsing the Platform, or operating a shop on it, you agree to these Terms.

1. What FRQ Bazaar is

FRQ Bazaar is a discovery and management platform for local markets and shops. We connect customers with nearby vendors and give vendors tools to list products, take counter bills, and manage stock. FRQ Bazaar is not a retailer: we do not own, sell, ship, or take title to any product listed by a vendor.

2. Customer accounts and purchases

Customers may browse the catalogue, follow shops, and place a hold ("reservation") on a product with a vendor. A reservation is a request for the vendor to set an item aside — it is not a confirmed sale. The actual purchase, payment, and any exchange or refund happen directly between you and the vendor at their counter, in person. FRQ Bazaar does not process, hold, or refund payment for these in-store purchases.

Reservations expire automatically if not collected within the stated window. Reviews can only be left against a real, vendor-issued invoice, using a one-time link sent after your purchase.

3. Vendor accounts

Vendors are independently owned and operated businesses, responsible for the accuracy of their own listings, pricing, stock, and compliance with applicable law (including GST, consumer protection, and product-safety obligations). We may review and approve, suspend, or remove a vendor account, including for inaccurate listings, repeated customer complaints, or breach of these Terms.

Vendors are solely responsible for goods sold, warranties given, and any refund or exchange offered to a customer at the counter.

4. Paid plans, promotions and market add-ons

Vendors may purchase a subscription plan, product promotion boost, or an additional-market add-on. These payments are processed by Razorpay and, where a vendor holds platform credit, may be partly or fully covered by that credit before any card/UPI charge. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how these payments can be cancelled or refunded.

5. Acceptable use

• Don't list counterfeit, prohibited, or unsafe goods.
• Don't post fake reviews or manipulate ratings.
• Don't attempt to bypass, scrape, or interfere with the Platform's security or normal operation.
• Don't use another person's or shop's identity without authorisation.

6. Liability

The Platform is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for disputes, losses, or damages arising from a transaction between a customer and a vendor, since that transaction and payment happen directly between them, outside the Platform.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of [Your City].
