Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers the only payments FRQ Bazaar itself processes: a vendor's subscription plan, product promotion boost, or market add-on, all paid through Razorpay. It does not cover purchases made at a vendor's physical counter — see In-store purchases below.

Subscription plans

Plans are prepaid for a fixed period (shown at checkout) and activate immediately on successful payment. Plans do not auto-renew — nothing is charged again automatically after the period ends; you choose to purchase the next period yourself. Because the plan's benefits (higher product limits, advanced tools, themes) are available to you immediately, plan payments are non-refundable once activated, except as described under Errors and duplicate charges below.

Promotion boosts

A boost purchases a fixed number of days of extra visibility for a product and activates immediately on payment. Once a boost is active, it is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled partway through, since the visibility has already been delivered.

Market add-on rentals

An additional-market rental unlocks a market for 30 days and activates immediately on payment. It does not auto-renew — you choose whether to renew before it lapses. A rental already in effect is non-refundable, since the market visibility has already been delivered.

Errors and duplicate charges

If you were charged but the plan, boost, or rental did not activate, or you were charged more than once for the same purchase, contact support within 7 days with your payment reference. We will verify the transaction with Razorpay and refund any confirmed error to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days.

In-store purchases

Anything you buy at a vendor's physical counter is a transaction between you and that vendor — FRQ Bazaar does not process, hold, or refund that payment. Refunds, exchanges, or returns for in-store purchases are handled directly by the vendor, according to their own policy. Ask the shop about their return policy before you buy.
