This Privacy Policy explains what information FRQ Bazaar ("we", "us") collects when you use our Platform as a customer or a vendor, and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account details: name, email, phone number, and password (stored securely, never in plain text).
• Vendor business details: shop name, address, business hours, and any KYC/verification documents you submit for approval.
• Reservation details: when you place a hold on a product, we share your name and phone number with that vendor so they can prepare and contact you about it.
• Usage data: pages and products viewed, searches, market selection, and similar interactions, used to show relevant shops and measure what's trending.
• Reviews: ratings and comments you submit against a verified, invoice-backed purchase.

We do not collect or store your card, UPI, or bank details. In-store purchases are paid directly to the vendor and never pass through our systems. Where a vendor pays us for a plan, promotion, or market add-on, that payment is processed by Razorpay under its own security standards and privacy policy — we receive only the payment status and reference, not your card/UPI details.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies to remember your selected local market and to keep you signed in. These are functional cookies, not third-party advertising trackers.

How we use your information

• To operate your account and let vendors fulfil your reservations.
• To show you relevant shops, products, and markets nearby.
• To detect trending products/shops and measure platform activity, in aggregate.
• To verify vendor KYC and approve shops for the marketplace.
• To communicate with you about your account, a reservation, or a support request.

Sharing

We share reservation contact details with the specific vendor you're holding a product from, and payment references with Razorpay to process vendor payments. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at Contact Us. We will respond within a reasonable time, subject to any records we are legally required to retain (for example, invoices for tax purposes).

Children's privacy

FRQ Bazaar is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will change accordingly.
